18. Dispute Resolution – Arbitration & Waiver

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the site or products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The Federal Arbitration Act governs this arbitration agreement.
B. Class Action & Jury Waiver
You agree that any claims will be brought only in your individual capacity and not as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class, collective, or representative proceeding. You waive any right to a jury trial to the fullest extent permitted by law.
C. Opt-Out Option
You may opt out of this arbitration provision within 30 days of your first purchase by mailing a signed written notice to Koala T Herbals at the mailing address listed below and emailing a copy to help@koalat.com.
19. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

21. Entire Agreement
