NO-HASSLE RETURNS
NEW / UNOPENED PRODUCTS
If you wish to return a product for a full refund, it must be unused and in the same condition it was when you received it.
We will accommodate full refunds within 60 days of your confirmed delivery date. For more information, see the REFUNDS section below.
USED / OPENED PRODUCTS
If you need to return an open or used product, that’s okay! We can offer you a similar replacement product, but refunds for opened or used products aren’t available.

PRODUCTS DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
If any of your products are damaged in transit, let us know right away. Items damaged in transit are eligible for replacement at no additional cost (subject to verification and availability).
Send an email to help@koalatherbals.com and describe what happened. Please include at least one clear photo of the damaged product(s).
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
We do not ship outside the United States, and we do not accept returns from international customers. If you are an international customer, please do not attempt to return any products to us.

We try to get back to everyone within the same working day. Sometimes we're successful and sometimes not. If you don't hear back within 48 hours, please check your spam folder and try again.
REFUNDS
We’ll let you know by email as soon as we receive your return. After we take a look at everything, we’ll work with you to find the best solution, which may be a refund, store credit, or a replacement, depending on the circumstances.
ORIGINAL PAYMENT METHOD
If a refund is issued to your original payment method, please allow 5–7 business days for processing, depending on your bank or card provider. If you haven’t received your refund after this time, we recommend checking with your bank first.

Store credit isn’t automated just yet, but we’re happy to take care of you! If you’re owed store credit, we’ll issue you a unique discount code for the same amount to use on a future order.
